Also - while spots are limited for this first showcase, and we may not be able to present every piece submitted, your art is still worthy! We commit to making space for all interested submissions at either this or a future iteration of MMMAKASE.

Following our incredible turnout and reception the first time around, More Más Marami presents MMMAKASE: an evening of curated performances, our first Works-in-Progress Showcase! A new quarterly program made to celebrate local artists and provide them a low-stakes, fun environment to present their work and get feedback from an audience.

In this fun, chef-inspired event, we will curate a "Tasting Menu" of various artists' morsels of work. Each Tasting Menu has 4-6 courses, and each course will be limited to 10-15 minutes maximum. We are looking for a variety of different flavors and cuisines to fill our Tasting Menu and we encourage everyone to submit. If selected, we will reach out to you to determine your availability and "ingredients" (equipment) needed for your piece. If your piece is not picked for this quarter's tasting menu, it may still be considered for future events.

If you would like feedback on your pieces, we will distribute "food critique" cards that we will then distribute back to you. If that kind of feedback is not interesting to you, then none will be distributed.
