🥁 MEET NARIMAN ASSADI
✨ 2026 Heart of Art Grant Recipient

A story. A father. A son. A musical heritage that must not be forgotten.

Iranian percussionist and educator Nariman Assadi brings generations of Iranian musical tradition into contemporary performance.

His Heart of Art project, ZÂ, is a multidisciplinary musical storytelling performance inspired by the rich traditions of Lorestan.

Through lullabies, love songs, wedding music, work songs, mourning chants, poetry, and traditional melodies, ZÂ explores the universal emotions of love, grief, memory, and resilience.

🎶 A bridge between ancestral memory and the present.
🎶 A celebration of Lorestani musical heritage.
🎶 A story that connects us through the universal language of music.

We are honored to support Nariman as he brings ZÂ to life.
