Robinson’s Dreams started off as me getting out of my comfort zone and putting my art out into my community. Before RD, my small business started off as a pastime for quarantine, a way I could get a bit of money by doing something I loved. The real birth of RD took place at central park when I finally came up with the name that I wanted my business to carry, Robinson’s Dreams❤️. From there, I knew it wasn’t just gonna be about my art, it was about creating more than that. I sketched out the Logo, the silhouette of my brother’s picture, i wanted him to be the face of RD. It is his brand at the end of the day, it’s our brand. After that, the long nights began. See, i don’t know about you, but I didn’t know how to build or organize a business. I didn’t know how to create my own website, add pictures, code... yeah i didn’t know how to do anything😂😂😂 So I stayed up every night till around 2 am playing around with my computer, looking at different fonts, colors, layouts; All until I knew it was what I wanted my website to be. Good thing i’m a workaholic, I managed to get everything done! But if you ask me how to code, I still don’t know anything about that (did you know there’s different coding languages? yeah i didn’t) but hey i did my best! Then i had to focus on organizing my products, and creating new ones! Okay now that, that’s more my turf. Designing, making stickers, I love it (As time goes by, you’ll see all the new products that are coming September, October, etc✨). There’s a lot more to the process , me staying up to cut out all the stickers one by one, fixing little mistakes on the website without messing up everything else, and taking pictures and uploading them so they looked perfect.. There was a lot of mental work, your girl was tired, but the end product is something I am more than proud of.
