Javi Jiménez has been playing guitar for + 25yrs. He composes, arranges and performs in his own band Barrio Manouche , a blend of flamenco, gypsy jazz and afro-latin rhythms. The band has played at the Monterey Jazz Festival, Outside Lands, Django Festival and Stern Grove Festival and he has opened for national and International acts such as Devotchka(Little Miss Sunshine), Pink Martini, Boulou & Elios Ferré, Gaby Moreno, and La Santa Cecilia.

“Sentimiento y Manana" are the defenders of rhythms like El Changui, La Rumba, our Son Montuno, and the Bembe as they are played in the region. Their mission is to maintain the traditional and popular folkloric customs of the region, especially "El Ingenio" "La Isabel" that belongs to the area of Yateras, in the city of Guantanamo, Cuba.
