Hooray! We came, we weeded, and we sealed the mural. It’s all done! If you want to take a peek, you can find this mural at the northern trail head for Glen Canyon Park by Portola Drive between the School of The Arts and the end of Amethyst Drive. A big thanks to the hubs and Kirstin for helping today!

I finally finished the mural on a neighbors fence! This is dedicated to Myrna who was one of the women in the 60’s who fought to keep Glen Canyon Park from becoming a freeway! We had a rough start at the launch of the mural work with a week of record smashing 95° heat and then we had unexpected rain , but the kids at Nomad Middle School managed to get some great work done! Everything on this mural is a native animal that the kids and homeowner requested. Our garbage man Dennis is a rockstar and he supplied us with recycled primer to use too. If you need paint- check SF Recology out! So proud of our community.

My original work “ Big Trouble” is part of Gallery 1988’s final show, which is themed to 1986 and all the great films of that year. It’s an understatement to say that I’m so honored to be participating in this show. It’s unfair that such a rad Gallery that’s had incredible shows by folks I respect so much -for decades, has to shutter because - darkest timeline. If you’d can, support artists and check their final sale out. There’s prints, originals, shirts and gifts. Link in my profile.

Calling all David Lynch fans! Art and event Viewing hours have been expanded on the final day! Actors from Twin Peaks will be there closing night Feb 28th and so will I !!!!
