The Folsom Renaissance Faire will be an exciting time for fae and mortal alike! Last faire, love and drama was in the air, as two became betrothed, and two became separated! Love conquers all! 🐏❤️‍🔥💍✨️🐐 Engaged! Betrothed! To be wedded! That's what every fae is saying about Kimjamin and Fervid this morning! The fae realm is abuzz with the wonderful news! Kimjamin has won Fervid's heart and asked for her hand in marriage! This special event was observed by mortals close to our beloved satyrs, the royal court, and all of Faerie Kingdom! The joy was palpable as Lord Oberon celebrates the moment Kimjamin dropped to his knee and presented the unsuspecting Fervid with a ring, and through proclamation, Queen Titania dubs the newely engaged with the title of Lord and Lady Braveheart; for choosing love in darks times takes a brave heart indeed. May their love keep them warm through all of life's seasons! Leave some love for these two kids in the comments! ❤️‍🔥🐏💍🐐💖

Time is a peculiar thing in the Fae Realm… but Lord Oberon? He knows precisely the time when the veil is thinnest. Today, the King of the Fae leads his court through the portal and into the mortal realm for the 30th Valhalla Renaissance Faire! ⚔️🧚‍♂️🏰
He may join the revelry, enjoy the games, and bask in the merriment, but keep a watchful eye; 👀 Lord Oberon has a particular fondness for finding a quiet, secret place from which to observe the mortals as they wander through the faire, their faces alight with laughter, wonder, and cheer. A particularly lovely mortal may earn a knowing wink. 😉✨️ Children? They can expect nothing less than a playful face from their Fae King! 😜🌿

But beneath the mischief, the majesty remains. Lord Oberon wears his crown with honor, leads his faeries with pride, and carries the ancient magic of the Fae wherever he goes.

So, mortals, mind your manners and watch the shadows… for when the King of the Fae walks among you, even the ordinary becomes enchanted. 👑✨️🧚‍♂️🌿

While the fae are packing trinkets and sparkles, and the mortals are packing snacks, Moth is out here packing a PUNCH; strictly for anyone thinking about telling Puck about the Moth Army. 👀 Being Herald of the Fae and fearless leader of the Mothlings isn’t exactly light work… but hey, they don’t call her Muscle Moth for nothing 💅

Thirsty Thursday means something different in the Fae Realm, and Nurse would never let a fae go thirsty! 🍻✨️🍄☕️ The Faeries in her care are busy, mischievous, and always on the lookout for more fun, but rarely remember that they need food too! Nurse found her place in the courts of Lord Oberon and Queen Titania by always having the most delectable, delicious dishes, and bite sized bits of sunshine on hand for any fae who played too hard and fell prey to their empty stomach. In return, Nurse lives enchanted by the magic of the fae realm, surrounded by beauty and bounty unheard of where she comes from. Step into the Ring this weekend and be tempted to try a bit of Nurse's treats, for there's no going back once you do! 😉 See you at the tea table Saturday!

It's Ashe Wednesday! Only "tree" days left till you can come get your wriggle on with Ashe and all the spooky ookie, creepy crawly, squirmiest wormiest fae of the Unseelie Court! 💀🪾🪱🐌🕷🍄 Ashe himself is more shadow and rot, than -real- and -smart- but that's ok we don't hold it against him. Ashe can't do math, but his many other gifts shine; he's happy to tell you a story, or play a game with you, leaving your heart light and bright, despite the gloom & doom he's used to. A friendly competition to be the best and impress their respective royals, only ever means the highest quality jokes at the other's expense. Lord Oberon watches as Titania swoons for Bottom - a charm he thought he had undone, yet their wistful gazes and not so secret moments continued. 🤫😘 Lord and Lady, King and Queen, Oberon and Titania have ruled the fae realm together for eons, their true ages long forgotten, and only the knowledge that they -have eachother- remains. A human lifespan is but a breath to the ancient beings that are the immortal Royal Fae, and indulgence is easily chosen when you know, above all, who you will always come home to. All is fair in love and war, and Oberon & Titania play each side well against the other; a sort of song that never ends, only changes with its notes and instruments. Perhaps it is time for Lord Oberon to prepare for his solo... for the Queen seems intent on bowing out for a while...

Lovesick Kimjamin is still trying to win Fervid over, but as long as Fervid wins over Kimjamin in their next jumping contest, she's fine with his fawning. 😉 The game of love always comes second to the game of leaps for this fiery, feisty satyr!
