In "California Poppies", Jane L Dulay brings together watercolor, thread, and found beads to explore growth, memory, and transformation.

Delicate painted blooms are joined through visible stitching and collected materials, adding movement and texture to the work while reflecting the fragility and resilience found in both nature and our own process of becoming.

You’re invited to the opening of Bloom Theory at Metal Haus Gallery.

Bringing together 18 artists working across painting, sculpture, fiber, and mixed media, Bloom Theory looks beyond the flower as decoration—exploring blooming as a state of growth, abundance, resilience, identity, and transformation.

Flowers emerge, transform, fade, and return. Across the exhibition, they become markers of memory and desire, symbols of vulnerability and strength, and reminders that becoming is never a fixed state.

Join us for opening night to experience the exhibition for the first time, meet many of the participating artists, and spend the evening among the blooms.
