The menu is our story without words, and each flavor a moment of our continued journey. We believe that through our food, cooked with love and intent, it is the truest way to showcase our experiences. The path we’ve traveled as a family and business, has no single origin and is a melting pot of heritage. Our changing food and space is a reflection of that. If there is a theme, it is that everything in our space brings us JOY in some form, or triggers some fond memory. So please, come eat at our table, talk story and enjoy each other's company at Piglet & Co.

Liang's Village is a third-generation Taiwanese restaurant, founded in 1981 when Mama Liang opened her first shop in San Gabriel Valley. Our cuisine traces back to a military village in Pingtung, Taiwan, where our grandparents-Air Force pilot Grandpa Liang and his wife, Mama Liang-lived among families from across China. Their diverse culinary traditions blended to create a distinct style we now proudly serve.

In 2010, we brought this heritage to the Bay Area with our Cupertino location-a casual, fast-paced, family-friendly restaurant where every dish reflects the warmth of our grandmother's kitchen. From our iconic Handpulled Noodles to refreshing teas and savory cold appetizers, each plate carries decades of flavor and care.
Today, Mama Liang's grandchildren proudly carry the torch of tradition-continuing the legacy at Liang's Village and sharing our family's signature flavors nationwide through our packaged food brand, Mama Liang's. Together, we honor our story, one meal at a time.
