Sunday at The Garage

You got talent? We know you do. So we invite you to pass through our iconic red door and enter a haven for artists and performance makers of all kinds. The Garage and its founder, Joe Landini, won both the dance GOLDIE and a Best of the Bay award from the San Francisco Bay Gaurdian in 2012. The nonprofit behind it all, SAFEhouse (Saving Art From Extinction) fosters an artistic community that is inclusive and professional. We book up many months in advance for our RAW (Resident Artist Workshop), but we know you're itching to show your stuff, so we're hosting a free monthly open mic for performers of all kinds. If you are an artist and would like a FREE VENUE to show work at our next open mic (or want to be in the loop for future ones), drop us a line introducing yourself. We're also eventually looking for artists to become headliners and curators (paid roles) -- let us know if this would be of interest. Seeking artists in the following categories:
