Mission City Swing San Francisco's home for West Coast Swing, featuring progressive weekly classes and dance parties in a fun and friendly environment!

Mission City Swing is San Francisco’s only weekly West Coast Swing venue, offering classes and social dancing in a fun and friendly environment. We aim to create a space where:
* people of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life feel welcome and included
* there is a supportive environment for getting better at West Coast Swing
* a variety of music for West Coast Swing is provided

* ego and selfishness are set aside for fun and community

Mission City Swing aspires to foster an inclusive and cohesive community of West Coast Swing dancers in San Francisco and to raise the quality of dancing throughout the Bay Area through instruction and social dancing. We offer an Intermediate WCS class at 7:00pm and a WCS Fundamentals class at 8:00pm, followed by dancing from 9:00pm until 11:30pm. On July 25-26, 2026, we will be hosting a West Coast Swing Workshop Weekender event with visiting champion dancers, KP Rutland & Bryn Anderson! 🤩 KP & Bryn will be teaching 2 competitor-focused tracks (WSDC points required), Advanced/All Star workshop (WSDC points required), 4 leveled classes, and 1 all levels workshop! 🎉 This will the Bay Area's first time hosting these NASDE champions right in the heart of San Francisco! 🙌 Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!
