Miss Tilly has taught ballet to the young people of San Francisco for more than 40 years. She has introduced more than 10,000 budding ballerinas (and danseurs) to the joy and discipline of classical movement and music in a warm, supportive and beautiful environment. Eleven years ago, she added theater arts classes to the balle

t program and now the school welcomes eager young actors and singers in addition to classical dancers into the gorgeously renovated studios at California Street at 17th Avenue. Her teachers and accompanists are expert at providing instruction designed to best promote a child’s emerging confidence and growing skills and to enhance a student’s love of performance. If your child dreams of being on stage, Miss Tilly’s can make this dream come true.

WE MISS YOU 💖

It’s been a while since we have seen our dear students. Miss Tilly and the teachers are getting the studio ready to reopen (with carefully planned health and safety protocols in place) and we cannot wait to have you all back with us!

We will be launching the schedule for our 2020/2021 season very soon. Stay tuned and stay safe!

Become a Triple Threat!

We are offering two week-long sessions in August of our highly popular "Song & Dance" program. Each week the children will learn to perform several songs ranging from musical classics to current pop hits along with choreographed dances leading up to an in-studio performance for family and friends at the end of each week!

Students work on voice, varied dance styles and play acting games designed to build their confidence on stage and in life.
