First class back was amazing - I could not have asked for a more perfect day. It’s been more than a year (I think) since my last class. I took some time to explore other artistic ventures - I curated two art shows, ran a gallery on Jackson street for a while, met some incredibly talented artists and mentors, fell in love (read as still in), threw some sick parties and sold my first, second and third paintings. It’s been an incredible, inspiring time in my life and I am blessed for all of the challenges, successes, people I met and lessons I learned along the way.

I realized I missed teaching today - I love to paint and the ability to share what I love with others is a privilege that I hope everyone can experience at some point in their life.

Community building is important. Consistency builds community.
I’m excited to be teaching again and I hope I can give you a compelling reason to come along for the ride.
