In solidarity with Killer Queen Los Angeles, Killer Queen SF has signed the AnyKey.org GLHF pledge. We understand the gaming world can easily become an exclusionary place, but this pledge has aligned with core values that the KQSF scene has tried to follow since our inception ~4 years ago. We encourage everyone a part of KQSF to sign the pledge and encourage fun gaming. To steal a line from Killer Queen Columbus-- Play Well Together.
The pledge
I Pledge to:
1. Be a good sport whether I win or lose
2. Remember that people online are still real people
3. Know that my actions and words can have real impact
4. Speak up against hate speech, harassment, abuse, and assault of any kind
5. Show integrity as a player by respecting the rules, appreciating good opponents, and being a good teammate
6. Stop, listen, and reassess if I’m told that my words or actions have been harmful
7. Respect the sincere opinions of others, even if they are different from my own
