🍓 Laughs, Tricks, and “How Did They Do That?!” Moments
If you’ve ever tried to plan a festival day around keeping kids entertained, you know the real goal isn’t just filling time, it’s finding those moments where they’re completely pulled in, eyes wide, and fully engaged. That’s exactly what the Huckleberry Kids Stage delivers.
The schedule kicks off with **Bill Devon-Hutcheon**, a magician who knows how to walk that perfect line between “Wait… what just happened?” and full-on belly laughs. His style isn’t just tricks, it’s interaction, humor, and that classic kind of magic that keeps kids guessing and parents just as entertained.
Next up, things shift into high-energy chaos in the best way with **“Richy Bee One-Man Circus.”** Think juggling, physical comedy, and just enough unpredictability to keep kids glued to the stage. It’s the kind of show where something is always happening.
Then comes **Karen Quest – Cowgirl Tricks**, bringing a totally different vibe that feels a little Wild West and a lot impressive. Her act mixes skill, personality, and a strong, confident presence that kids, especially little girls, tend to really connect with. It’s fun, fast-moving, and something you don’t see every day.
And finally, things get delightfully weird and memorable with **Izzi Tooinski, the King of Hotdogastan**. And yes, it’s exactly as fun as it sounds. His act leans into that silly, imaginative humor that kids instantly latch onto, the kind that has them laughing before they can even explain why. Izzi has been performing on the Huckleberry Stage at BerryFest since 2010.
Altogether, the Huckleberry Kids Stage isn’t just a series of performances, it’s a built-in reset button for the day. A place where kids can sit, laugh, and be fully entertained, where parents will think they get a moment to breathe, but they will end up enjoying the shows, and maybe even laugh louder than the kids. It’s the kind of programming that turns a busy festival into a shared experience, and those are the moments families tend to remember long after the day is over.
