Great track workout yesterday ✔️

About 6 weeks left into this marathon training block. Coming into this new week the weather felt a lot better. Hopefully it keeps up so we can hit all the training plans coach Raul Arcos has in store for us this week.

It was a tough week of training since it’s been extra humid and hot out here in LA. Looks like this week is going to be the same so everyone lock it cause it’s going to be another tough one. ☀️

3,000 miles walk from home in Los Angeles to NYC in 2021 and then ran back 3,000 miles back home from NYC to Los Angeles in 2022. It was a wild journey.
