Zaccho Youth Company

Zaccho Youth Company ZYC comprises 11 of the Bay Area's most skilled young aerial dancers.

Representing a variety of backgrounds, the ZYC performers meet twice a week for rigorous training with a variety of recognized aerial artists, choreographers and instructors. As led by internationally recognized Zaccho Dance Theatre director/choreographer Joanna Haigood, the company focuses developing the technical and leadership skills of its members, who come from all over the Bay Area for intensive aerial dance sessions and body conditioning.
