Starting this Friday, March 11, San Francisco will no longer require people to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter indoor restaurants bars, gyms, and fitness studios. Masks will be optional, not mandatory. Stay healthy!

Danzhaus welcomes the Sandia Circus and director Danielle Sexton, now teaching Sandia Circus Youth Aerial classes on Tuesdays 2pm-6pm, Sandia Circus class and rehearsals on Thursdays 12pm-6pm, and Sandia Circus Private Aerial class on Sundays 1pm-3pm.

Sandia’s Adult and Youth Aerial and Acrobatic Fitness Classes provide creative and accessible acrobatic training taught in fun, challenging and engaging ways.

Good news for party event planners! California will end its tiered system of restrictions for counties as it lifts the capacity and distancing limits on June 15, 2021. For public venues, the requirements and recommendations for negative testing / vaccine verification will be in place effective June 15, 2021 through October 1, 2021. Gov. Gavin Newsom last month announced the expected June 15 reopening date, which state officials on Friday confirmed as COVID-19 case numbers and hospitalizations continue to drop and the number of people vaccinated continues to increase.

In two days, on April 15, 2021, Covid vaccines will be available to all persons 16 y/o and older. We urge all students, teachers, and dancers to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Vaccination may be required of every person attending classes, rehearsals, and events at Danzhaus from June 1, 2021. Governor Newsom has declared June 15, 2021 as the end of the Covid lock down, we will keep you informed of whether masks and social distancing will continue after that date.
