Beyond the Journey returns after nearly a decade. Originally created in the S Factor LA studio, this four-part series helps women deepen their connection to their bodies and truths through S Factor movement.

"Out of Your Mind" explores Brain Immersion to invite body-led movement, shifting focus from the mind to sensuality and emotionality. The experience includes an introduction to S Factor’s 8 Steps of Brain Immersion, a practical workout, pole play, expressive dance to a curated playlist, and reflective journaling. Open to all women and S Factor levels, including beginners.
