This is a dance cardio & weights class where we dance to the latest Bollywood, Bhangra, top 40 tunes. You take this class for FREE and donate any amount for charity of the week...YES! Everything goes to CHARITY!! This is a great workout and lotsa fun...yo
u will not be disappointed! We are a bunch of volunteers who teach this class every Sunday and we love bringing a group of vibrant peeps together on a SUNDAY morning to get a great dance workout!
***No Refunds*** (we are not a dance company and everything is donated to charity. So once registered, we can't provide you a refund). LIKE this page and follow this page for info on the next class! Class will be taught in a dance cardio format, with interval training, and body weight strengthening exercises to give you a total body workout. We will end the class with 5 mins of stretching exercises to complete the program. Wear any type of fitness clothes -- any workout gear that is comfortable. As for shoes wear cross-trainers, sneakers -- anything that will give you good support for a high impact workout. Bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated and a towel if you think you'll need it
