Kapwa Flow: Nurturing the Inner Child & Our Interconnectedness with Jessy Zapanta

Mindful movement meditation with opportunities to play and reclaim space, learn bodywork and acupressure techniques, and practice nurturing the inner child within each of us. Will include time for silent reflection, journaling, and optional sharing.
