Calling all adobo lovers! Join us today for the 8th Annual Adobo Cookoff for a Cause, hosted by 7 Mile House Restaurant—a delicious celebration of Filipino flavors, family recipes, cultural pride, and community.

Come hungry and taste six unique adobo creations from talented local contestants. Sample each dish, enjoy unlimited jasmine rice, and cast your ballot for the People’s Choice Award. Whether your favorite adobo is tangy, garlicky, sweet, spicy, or rich with soy sauce and vinegar, there’s something for every adobo fan!

We are deeply grateful to our incredible sponsors, partners, volunteers, performers, exhibitors, presenters, and everyone who came together to make the 33rd Annual Pistahan Parade and Festival a tremendous success!

Together, we celebrated the richness of Filipino culture, the vibrant spirit of our community, and the delicious flavors of Filipino cuisine. From the colorful parade to our immersive pavilions, captivating performances, and shared traditions, Pistahan brought us together in the true spirit of Filipino pride, unity, and bayanihan.

Sending some Pistahan love to our kababayan in Stockton!

Our sister festival, Barrio Fiesta Stockton, is celebrating its 54th year this Saturday, August 15 at Weber Point Events Center. Come out for a full day of Filipino culture, community, food, music, and special performances by Jocelyn Enriquez and Drop N Harmony.
