A childhood filled with graffiti painting and art museum visits sparked my interest in finding the intersection between 'low art' and 'high art'. I aim to merge what we associate with graffiti art with fine art and experiment with elements which drew me to that artform in the first place.. Bold colors, the lack of rules, and the idea of altering a dull surface to replace it with meaning. I've kept up my tag name, Fisk since I was 10. Then in a little town called Bjärred, later in San Francisco and now in NYC.
