Thankful post alert 💕
This year hasn’t been easy for a lot of us. I got laid off back in April, due to the pandemic, from my first job which i held for 5 years. It left me depressed and sad for months. I questioned my ability as a designer and a worthy worker.
Around the same time, our local pottery studio started to rent out their wheels when everything shut down. I got one and was thankful to be able to keep myself occupied by making potteries in my home safely (there’s still the occasional moping around).
On this Thanksgiving day, I want to give thanks to my busy new job that just started in November and is trusting me to lead a major project. I also want to thank everyone that supported our potteries in all shapes and sizes. You all kept us making. 🙌🏼
