DANCEfit - Hip Hop for ADULTS (age 16+)
For adults who've always wanted to dance, this follow-along, hip-hop workout makes choreography fun and accessible. Students will learn foundational movements, musicality, and routines that'll leave them feeling groovy for the club and fit at the gym. Only a few spots left. We are so grateful for the supportive families, and we are so proud of the dancers -- some of them have never performed in front of a live audience before!
