unfortunately it did develop a few exterior cracks, but can’t say I’m too upset that I got to keep her for myself

I’ve been really enjoying using colored clay to make these quilt compositions

It’s a very active process, making clay and trying different combinations, even when I start from a sketch. Thinking in 3d and 2d at the same time.
