In conjunction with our current exhibition, RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW, we're honored to celebrate Lexie Bouwsma, 2024 SKD Fellow. Lexie Bouwsma is warmly unbothered and near-disarming in her chipper vulnerability. She says her characters often “misidentify their emotions.” They are not lost but searching. Her works on paper and felted wood are installed throughout the gallery and represent works both current and past. Seeing her work is feeling her process.
Gallery hours: Thurs-Sun 11-7.

Right Here, Right Now: Artist Spotlight: Sarah K. Delson. Over the next few weeks we'll take a deeper diver into the Fellows and this exhibition. To begin, we start with Sarah whom this fellowship is in honor of. Sarah was an exceptional & passionate artist throughout her entire life. Sarah shared her work with us from 2020-2023 and until her Memorial Retrospective, "Paint it Gold". This Fellowship Exhibition honors Sarah's legacy & desire for more opportunities & support for artists. https://mailchi.mp/e4106aaef359/artist-spotlight-on-sarah-delson
