Glimpses of a 3 month residency on the beautiful land of the Esselen Tribe, the original stewards of this healing place , my spiritual home. Held by the waters, the community and the magic. I worked in the kitchen, washed many dishes, got carpal tunnel, learned to take care of my body, took many baths in the hot springs, sound baths, made ceramics in the art barn, swam in the pool during lunch breaks, became a lemon picking prodigy working on the farm, made gorgeous friendships, learned how to give massages, created many flower arrangements harvested from the farm, danced a lot, learned how to communicate boundaries and melted into many nourishing cuddle puddles. Thank you for supporting me on my journey of transformation and deep growth, with human and angelic guides showing me the way. I’m harvesting all that I’ve learned, embracing the lessons, holding them close to my heart. I heal myself to share and spread the seeds out in my art, my community and the world 🌸🧚
