Ok friends, do you trust me?! I’ve picked our Paint & Pints subject photo and this is it! I think this is going to turn out amazing with this unique but accomplishable shape, the fun tarnished look of the metal and of course, those shiny spots! 🤩 In my classes I aim to teach about how to observe your subject matter so you can translate it into a painting. In choosing a subject matter I aim to pick something that is simple enough that beginners can try, easy enough for me to explain the step by step of drawing and painting it, but also an intriguing subject to paint. For this one I’m really excited about the shiny spots! That is what will make the painting pop and the pitcher look more realistic. In the workshop you don’t have to get the painting perfect, but each time you join you can learn more and more techniques of painting and build up your skills. Join us this Sunday for Paint & Pints!
