Solshine Studio is a creative space in San Dimas, where we host private events such as birthday parties, Bible studies, and personal parties.

We love hosting craft workshops, educational classes, and parties personalized to your theme and celebration. Christina Baltazar continues to successfully assist homeowners transition into their new home for over 15 years. She is local to the Covina area and services areas of San Gabriel Valley, Riverside county, San Bernardino county, and Orange County. She is a seasoned agent at Century 21 Maste

rs and currently works on the David Ramirez Real Estate Team for over 3 years and together they provide a level of expertise in sales, negotiating, and marketing that has helped many local families in the sale or purchase of their home. The David Ramirez Real Estate Team received the Century 21 Ruby Award in 2020 and is on schedule to receive the Century 21 Centurion Award in 2021. It is the most prestigious and honored reward for Century 21 Agents. The team is honored to serve the local community and use their highly skilled real estate expertise to help their clients transition into their dream homes. In her spare time, Christina leads a local women's ministry group, coaches young women in their business, and is the author of Graceful Days Mother's Daily Devotional. She is a dedicated mother and wife, and spends her time with her family, friends, writing, reading, decorating homes, spending time in nature, and going on coffee dates. She is dependable, hardworking, loyal, trustworthy, highly skilled in social media marketing and sales, and dedicates much time for her clients.
