Many thanks to everyone who was able to come to the staged reading of Self-Talk on June 1. Your presence was warmly felt.
If anyone was not able to make it out, I'm sorry to say it was not filmed, but I would be willing to send you a copy of the script in its performance draft if you would like to read it. Just let me know.
On that note, I'm simultaneously proud and humbled (if that's possible) to say that I was recognized for my work on this project during graduation ceremonies by receiving the Allan Havis Playwriting Award.
It's been a wild year working on this one and I'm happy to take a rest, but I'm pretty confident that I'll pick it back up in the near future and aim it towards a full production.
