We’re growing again at Music Speaks Studio! 🎨🎶💃

We are looking for a fantastic Welcome Team Front Desk Assistant to join our studio family in South San Diego!

This isn’t "just" an admin job—you will be the main face and voice connecting with our amazing students and families across our music, art, and dance programs.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, stays organized, notices the details, and enjoys bringing energy into a creative space.

Quick Details:
🕒 Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) + some Saturdays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
📍 Location: South San Diego, CA 92154
🇲🇽🇺🇸 Bilingual Bonus: Since we serve many Spanish-speaking families in South San Diego, we offer a bonus for fluent English/Spanish speakers!

✨ Key Focus: Warm customer connection, lead follow-ups & sales, CRM scheduling, social media video clips, and keeping our studio organized and vibrant! If you’re a proactive person who loves community, organization, and helping a mission-driven studio thrive, we’d love to connect!

Are you a talented musician or dancer who loves working with kids? We are expanding our team and looking for passionate creatives to join us.

*No teaching experience? No problem! We provide the training you need.

The Must-Have: You just need to be comfortable, enthusiastic, and experienced in working with elementary-age children. Music applicants should have strong reading skills in addition to training in piano.

Bonus Points: Experience working with or teaching neurodivergent students is a huge plus!
