Filming of Extras will be here ...
Now Casting 30 to 55+-year-old Males & Females
Business Looking Types! If you aren't sure you fit submit anyway & more than likely, if you look good in business attire you will probably work.
I will now need only 25 Business types as Extras/Atmosphere being "Audience Members" – viewing the speakers as they talk on stage!
Summary of work so please read the info carefully! Currently, extra roles have been filled.
The casting of talent is happening soon with a deadline date of Feb. 20, 2024. When all of the extras are cast, I will stop hiring talent.
I am now hiring so please ... submit as soon as possible... while 25 slots are available talent spots.

The filming Date is on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 as indicated.
Our Call Time – 5:30pm / Start Time – 5:30 PM on Tuesday /
Ending - Wrap Time is 1:00 AM on early Wednesday morning, March 6th).
The location for those will be disclosed for those hired - the filming will be done in the La Jolla, CA 92037 Area at one of the Hotels (inside a ballroom)!
Summary –
The extras will serve as audience members for corporate keynote speeches. There will be several speakers delivering a variety of speeches that will be filmed for their career development and promotional uses.
Run of Show Details – One 30-minute break will be guaranteed, and the extras are welcome to bring food to eat during the break but water will be provided also on-set.
There will also be a few 10-15 min long breaks between keynote speakers for them to stretch their legs and have water.
Parking Information for those driving to the set –
(a) Please pull a ticket from the self-parking gate (b) and bring it inside to us for validation.
(c) We will master bill parking costs; (d) the talent will not need to pay out of pocket for parking.
Check-in – (a) Please go to the foyer of the La Jolla Ballroom to check in and (b) wait in the foyer area before being instructed to enter the Ballroom.
The Attire/Costume Requirements - (a) Professional attire, but not black tie- suit.... (b) Have a jacket with slacks for men. The Ladies /Female - Blouse/blazer and slacks or dress/skirt for women. No hats.
Types for this Job: I am Casting - Demographic – Legally or look like, the age look is 30-55, variety of backgrounds, not looking for modelesque people but rather a reasonable and realistic-looking set of people that would work in the professional realm and would attend a corporate conference/speech.
Expectations – The talent will be briefed in advance about their acting expectations.
This will be limited and will consist of appropriate applause, facial expression reactions, laughs, etc.
Payment – All extras will be paid in cash $140.00 upon departure. There is pay for working on March 5, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM
