Black Market III--formed in the Fall of 2011 by Scottie ‘Mad Dog’ Blinn, former front man for the multi-award winning iconic San Diego band The Mississippi Mudsharks. He has been no stranger to doing 300+ nights a year with his former band, and is pushing Black Market III every bit as hard, if not harder. In addition to their original music, BMIII features more obscure covers from Tom Waits, Otis

Blackwell, Dead Weather, Tito and Tarantula, Led Zeppelin, and many more. No pigeon holing this band--Blues and American Roots firmly planted, yet not like anything you've heard or seen before. The band prides itself on it's ability to perform diversely and dynamically, playing traditional blues and ‘Border Blues’ to their trademarked ‘Grease Punk’ sound.

Norton and Stucky Leigh! This set will include our talented drummer, Joe Hager. We love stripped-down, semi-acoustic storytelling shows like this one. Thank you, Ashley E. Norton! We can't wait!

The handsome fella with my foxy wife is our friend Garry Beers. He’s also the bass player (original at that!) of INXS, a band I grew up with that was in constant rotation on our surfing safaris. To top it off, we at Iconic guitars have been collaborating and making his line of basses, GGB Basses.

I’m posting this because INXS is in the running to be inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame! Believe it or not, it comes down to public voting. Garry’s a great guy, INXS is an iconic R’n’R band, and we want to do our part to get them in the HOF!
