Things are heating up at The Yellow Door as takes the featured spot on this week's Hot Sets, joined by a handpicked lineup of comics for two fast, unpredictable shows.

Born in Korea, raised in Canada and now based in Los Angeles, Katherine is a stand-up comedian, writer and former architect who traded blueprints for punchlines. Her comedy draws on her multicultural upbringing, dating, family, identity and the absurdities of adulthood, mixing sharp observational humor with an outsider's perspective and a willingness to take her jokes to some unexpected places.

Katherine was selected Best of the Fest at the 2020 Burbank Comedy Festival, was a finalist in the 2019 U.S. Comedy Contest and 2020 Flappers Clyde Comedy Contest, and has performed at some of LA's best-known comedy rooms, including The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Second City Hollywood and Flappers Comedy Club.

Then there's Hot Sets—The Yellow Door's high-energy stand-up showcase bringing together fresh faces, killer comics, bold punchlines and surprise guests.
