EXPRESSIVE ART with Yvette Lyons, Ph.D.
Welcome, Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Yvette Lyons. I have been using Expressive Arts since the early 1990s. I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Specialty in Expressive Arts Therapy. Have used Expressive Arts with many clinical populations. I have also set up county and private program and trained employees in the use of Expressive Arts Therapy as well as Sandtray Therapy. Since 2006, I have been teaching psychology and expressive arts therapy at the University level to students from all over the world. Over the past 4 years, I have also opened my own Expressive Arts and Sandtray Therapy training center in North San Diego County, California. I love teaching and I love the magic that happens when we use the arts and sandtray therapy for healing and transformation both on a personal level as well as on a community and global level.
