To all the makers out there Ebay is making it difficult for Makers to be successful in getting their stolen images off listings on Ebay platform!!!

If the Thief/Seller complies with your request to take the photos down ...those IMAGES REMAIN ON EBAY'S LIBRARY FOR 90 DAYS!! and if in those 90 days another Seller decides he want to use your images those images remain on the Library platform in perpetuity!!!

What Ebay won't tell you is that under

"International Copyright Law "

If you take the photo..the image is your intellectual property and in the US you are not required under law to register that image...SO TO ALL MY MAKER FRIENDS if you run into the same situation FILE a VERO claim.. easy to do..not easy to find though. I can send you a link if you PM me.

We cannot allow this Sh*t to happen it devalues our work.. people see the image and the price and form an opinion. Why would they pay 80% more for the product on Etsy???
