Hi, my name is Philip Boelter and I’m the artist and designer that goes by the name Boelter Design Co. As an artist, I set out to make things that wouldn’t only be beautiful to me, but something that would be beautiful to everyone. Nature, flora, and landscapes are what captures my eye the most, so I am always looking at my surroundings to influence my art. I not only create all the art you see he

re but I also film and edit my videos you see on my social media pages. I love to inspire others into art and have recently begun my own online course where I teach you how to paint with gouache paint – my favorite medium.

A look at the digital illustration I did for the community mural. I illustrated this back in January. Which feels like such a long time ago. It was getting hard to imagine this actually happening. The best part was seeing everyone enjoy painting their own square and the community coming together to paint. Hats off to the amazing Jefferson parents to make this thing happen.

Tomorrow is the North Park Salsa Fest here in San Diego. Last September, I decided to volunteer for my Daughter’s school and help out with any graphic design. Little did I know how much design I would do. Let’s just say I had a lot of fun! Swipe to check out just a small portion of designs and branding I created. I’m so lucky to have met some amazing parents that put this event on and let me help design one of their biggest fundraising events 🌶️ All proceeds benefit North Park’s Jefferson Elementary Public School and it’s looking like it’s going to be one of San Diego’s hottest events! ☀️ Oh and did I mention I illustrated a paint-by-square community mural that will be taking place?! 🎨 So if you’re in town, cruise out to North Park - Entrance is free, grab a ticket or two and taste some of San Diego’s finest salsa’s while all feeling good about benefiting our local elementary school.
