Like it or not, Business is a Team Sport!

Thinking you can run the show all by yourself is the TRAP Solopreneurs fall into that ensures failure, burnout and unmet potential

Even in Michael Jordan's famous response to the saying, 'There's no 'I' in team'... "There's an 'i' in Win!"

BOTH sentiments are actually true...

Because in team settings, you need to think...

'I need to fill my role on the team to my best ability for US to win'

Admit it or not... MJ filled his role perfectly when the moments called for it...

But that wouldn't have been possible without the rest of his team filling their roles simultaneously

and the same goes for business...

For you to do accounting, legal, operations, inventory, etc.. etc.. you will need a team behind you to operate even if its of just 1 or 2 extra hands...

If you have no team, you can't be the leader your business needs you to be

and if you can't be a leader... your business will wander without proper direction and purpose

Sending you into a downward spiral, wondering what could have been...

In a world of access & overstimulation it’s SO EASY to set yourself on 1 path and learn something along the way that makes you think you can be successful in something else ‘Part Time’. Whether that be trading Stocks, Social Media Marketing, Drop Shipping, etc… it’s great to have hobbies & side hustles but make sure they don’t take away from your overall mission.

Set your sights on a goal, create a routine that increases your focus on that goal & create non-negotiables around the time you need to execute on that goal.
