Did you know that there are Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) in every state, to support parents of children receiving special education services? 💙♾️

PTIs help families understand and advocate for their children. They operate independently from school districts and state agencies. Many PTIs offer phone📲 consultation, webinars, workshops, and more.

We 💙 our PTI here in Southern CA and often refer parents to their webinars: TASK 💻

We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our growing team and help support music education in our community!

Position Details:
🎼 Part-Time (15 hours/week)
💲 $30/hour
📍 Reports directly to the Executive Director

We’re seeking someone who is:
✅ Fluent in English & Spanish
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ A strong communicator
✅ Comfortable using Google Workspace for invoicing and data management

Responsibilities include registration and payment processing, private lesson scheduling, Music123 coordination, and inventory tracking.
