Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to the captain of our crazy crew, Dennis Rogers❀️

Dennis was such a special part of the Ballroom Beach Bash family. He had the wonderful ability to keep our mayhem under control while still joining right in on all the fun, laughter, and frivolity. He somehow found that perfect balance between keeping us moving in the right direction and enjoying every bit of the craziness along the way.

We love Dennis dearly and are so grateful for everything he did for Beach Bash and for all of us. His presence, his humor, and his steady hand will be greatly missed.

Most of all, our hearts are with his beautiful wife, Jackie. We hope she finds peace and comfort in the love that surrounds her. Jackie, please know that your dance family is here for you, standing beside you and sending you all our love during this difficult time.

Rest peacefully, Dennis. You will be missed and remembered with so much love❀️

πŸŽ“ Thank You, Ricci-Lee Hotz!

A heartfelt thank you to Ricci-Lee Hotz for joining us at the Heart of America DanceSport Championships and sharing her knowledge with our MIB Dance Tour community!

Her seminar, β€œFueling Our Body for Longevity,” brought an important conversation to the dance floorβ€”exploring how proper nutrition can support performance, recovery, and longevity while also addressing the aesthetic expectations and stigmas dancers may encounter within the DanceSport industry.

As both a Registered Dietitian and American Rhythm Professional, Ricci-Lee brought a unique perspective that combined her expertise in nutrition with a firsthand understanding of the demands dancers face throughout their careers.

We are grateful to Ricci-Lee for sharing her time and expertise and for helping us continue to create educational opportunities that support dancers both on and beyond the competition floor.
