The tags list cause of death and where the body was found. Hyperthermia a big winner. Indeterminate skeletal remains #2.

Museum of Us "Hostile Terrain" is worth seeing (again).

Woke up feeling a little discombobulated. Went to my happy place, Mt Rubidoux. Did a short meditation reminding me I'm always supported by the Earth. I have my people my places and my things. I have everything.
Don't you think this looks like a face in the ground? This is what happens when you spend a year peering into trash to find art. And hope. I found both.

Lots to see tomorrow. New times due to excessive heat and a desire to keep all of us alive and healthy even as we open and close doors to areas of opportunities in the Arts.
Come help me deinstall reuse and recycle my interactive art installation called "Making Refuge" which was funded in part with a grant from the California Arts Council and the support of Creative Inland SoCal
And celebrate the grand reopening of The Garcia Center for the Arts my San Bernardino "Making Refuge" site. The community garden is insanely full of fruits and vegetables and easy to access.
It's been thrilling to watch its transformation and I've been lucky to watch Hubert bring it to life. I'm grateful to him and his love of '80s hip hop, which made many of my days in the space go by with more enjoyment

Enjoy validation that my handmade artisanal sculptures made of trash, even if they are poorly constructed and misunderstood and completely missed the mark in terms of whether they're art or not are still good for me. Which reminds me if you don't like what you see, make something else.

Creating stuff is good for your brain.
