Meet some of our female dancers for our upcoming show "Remembrances of California Ballet Repertoire":

1. Victoria Jenkins - CBC and CBS alumna, soloist, and freelance artist // catch her in "Dry Roses" (chor. Betzi Roe) and in the award-winning "Albinoni Adagio" (chor. Charles Bennett) alongside

2. Emma Sherman - CBC alumna and freelance artist // performing "Valse Triste" with (chor. Patrick Nollet) and also featured in "Dry Roses"

‼️Upcoming Performance Announcement‼️

On September 2-3, .american is presenting a “love letter” to our founder, Maxine Mahon, with “Remembrances of California Ballet Repertoire”

Principal dancers from five different San Diego dance companies are coming together to perform seven contemporary dance pieces created at California Ballet between 1978 and 1993 in four, one-hour performances.

We could not be more thrilled to breathe life into these beautiful pieces of work once again. ❤️

We invite you to join the dance community in celebration at the City Heights Performance Annex for two days only!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support California Ballet’s AWAKENING. We were proud to present our first production back on the stage since the pandemic and have a big vision for the future 🤍🤍🤍

Thank you also to the beautiful dancers who made this show come alive. You poured your heart and soul into the art and the work and it truly showed. We absolutely would not have had a show without you and we are so grateful to be working with such talented artists ❤️❤️
