Our "Boxing Day Bare Knuckle Strong Scottish Ale" is racked and almost ready for the yeast. We're expecting a high ABV, nearly 9%! So we made a yeast starter to get those sea-monkeys going strong!! 😎👊🍻

Happy All Hallows' Day!! Our first all grain brew is bottled! Nice work gentlemen, special thanks to Jessie Thien for helping us make it happen. What you have here is a Double IPA with a 90 minute boil and a massive dry hop addition that weighs in at about 8.5%! Bottled on Halloween 👻🎃
