It is with a heavy heart we announce that The Rope Collective is taking an official hiatus. For over 7 years now we have created a space for rope, discovery, revolution, and community. We are so grateful to those that contributed in all we created together. We know it will live on one day but right now do not have the capacity to think of when that will be and what it will look like. Think of this as our sabbatical while we take an intentional recharge. Biggest gratitude to who we loved partnering with: we know we will be back. Tag us in your favorite memories from TRC!!

Our last class is March 5th. If you purchased tickets for a class after that you will be refunded- please reach out with any questions, concerns, or issues with your refund.

We are completely heartbroken and devastated to hear of the passing of .

Arielle was one of the brightest lights in our community and lit up every room she entered. A visionary, revolutionary, and pillar in our community; her way of care, compassion, and non judgement with others touched so many lives.

The way she spread knowledge was sacred and we were always blessed to learn from her. Her lessons and guiding light will remain in our hearts always. This loss of such an amazing and brilliant woman we are still processing and sending out our love to those who knew and loved her.

This Saturday, one of our favorite classes returns: The Marriage of Heaven and Hell. February 21st from 7-10pm at .reunify bacon studio: 2183 Bacon Street San Diego, CA, 92107.

A rope workshop that explores the range of sensation and why different ends of the spectrum pair together powerfully. We’ll explore and discuss the juxtaposition of pleasure and pain - highlighting what occurs in the brain through these experiences. Marrying together theory/science and rope practices that showcase these principles: this workshop will focus on creating a balance in your scenes and practice that deepens and elevates the sensations you are incorporating.

This time we are teaching it from the ground up for all levels. No Prerequisites. Check our website for more info and tickets! You can come with a partner or solo.

Tomorrow night! Sunday, February 15th from 7:45-11pm we’ll be making good use of the leftovers from A Different Kind of Romance flower installations by The Fab Lab. Join us for Rope Botanica // Still Life + Art Night. 🌸 at .reunify Bacon studio: 2183 Bacon Street San Diego, CA, 92107.

Join us for a unique rope experience blending botanical beauty with bo***ge art. In this lush, all-levels workshop, we’ll explore rope adornment using flowers, ferns, herbs, and leaves.

Bring your vision to life using flora to embellish your ties. A photo area will be available to capture your finished work. We will also be creating a still life series of floral ties on a model as demo or reference! You may also come as an artist: Whether you’d like to photograph, sketch, draw, paint, or observe the art! As long as it is consensual, we encourage all creation and showing up in whatever capacity feels good to you.

Self-tie and partnered tie options welcome. All genders, bodies, and experience levels are celebrated here!
