​"Beach Cities Rock Club was founded by professional musicians on the idea that the joy of music is for everybody; a place where anyone of any background could come to learn to understand and communicate in the language of music. We believe goals are paramount to the measurement of success, and that nobody's goals are exactly the same. With that philosophy we hatched our school's mission statement: ​ To guide students towards artistic achievements in a safe, creative, goal oriented environment. Located inside Power Plant Records, the Rock Club Music School is the perfect place to nurture a passion for music that will last a lifetime! As a pillar in our community's music scene, we keep a direct line to the cultures in and around our area. When you visit BCRC you are faced with a buzz of creative energy, a place where shows are being booked, music videos are being filmed, people are learning and practicing, where an old vinyl is being played in the front and a new song is recorded in the back! A place where music & creativity are alive."
