I’ve been exploring various new abstract painting techniques and making lots of paintings. I’m so intrigued by it all. I have been a representational oil painter-then a couple months ago I was so surprised when I began redecorating our home and needed new art-😱 I found I wasn’t interested in putting more representational art on my walls. Probably thanks to seeing Dr. Jha’s fabulous art behind him during his ABC covid reports🤣 So I found workshop and now here I am. Delighted for the abundance of content from Jerry McLaughlin and Rebecca Crowell This is 9” by 12”, coldwax oil painting on wood cradled panel. Available.

“Tree Time” (8x10 inches, oil) So grateful to my qigong community, and Martha Blane for guiding us each day. I painted one of my favorite trees from a past qigong retreat. Also, big shout out to the twice daily TM calls with Bob Roth. I can’t imagine where I’d be without these wonderful groups of humans- celebrating what we can do when we come together.

Thank you Elizabeth and Suleika for a 💙magnificent opportunity today w/Studio Visit about creativity and fear. Just painted this real egg with gouache just because. And it’s my totem symbol for Earth Grad School E.G.S, the always intriguing school that I’m enrolled in, hopeful beginnings, it points toward the birthing & becoming that I’m feeling for the USA and globally with President Elect Biden and VP elect Harris.
