Every work that reaches a collector is the result of many decisions, including the decision not to show what came before it.

The finished work is not the whole story. It is the end of a longer, quieter process that most collectors never see.

When you live with SURRENDER, you are living with the result of the artistic process and all that comes with it.

Interior designers often talk about sightlines. They're the natural path your eye travels when you enter or move through a room.

Most people never think about this consciously, but they feel it. Art placed directly in a sightline changes a room immediately.

Placement is as intentional as the work itself.

I think "EVANESCENCE" could fit into a few different places. Where will you display it?

A muted horizon stretches across the canvas, where soft, blending tones of beige and grey evoke a sense of tranquil distance. Whispering waves break gently against the shore, their silvery crests catching the light in fleeting moments. The atmospheric interplay between land and sea invites contemplation, creating an engaging dialogue between nature and perception. This piece resonates with a quiet elegance, making it a perfect enhancement for spaces that seek serenity and introspection.

A lot of people hold off on collecting art because they rent and feel uncertain about committing to walls they do not own. But art does not belong to a wall. It belongs to you.

Renting is not a reason to live with bare walls. It is a reason to collect work that matters enough to keep moving (and growing) with you.

"TRACING THE WIND" and my other work are connected to the people who love them, not just the places they're displayed.

"UNTIL TOMORROW" // https://www.leslibonanni.com/warehouse-open-edition-prints/art_print_products/img-5209-resize

This original 6" x 6" painting happened quickly and spontaneously, using my hands to blend dry pastel. When finished, I pondered where it came from in my memory. I didn't know. So I gave it an appropriate name that gave me permission to sleep on it. The next day, I kept getting an African safari vibe from it. must be the bucket list trip I have yet to experience.

This is the first intuitive painting I made after art school and following all the rules. I stretched my own 5.5' x 8.5' canvas, worked on sawhorses and used house paint rollers to apply layer thin veils of acrylic paint. It took 4 days.

Where do you spend the most time? Does the art in that room actually reflect how much time you spend there?

The spaces we use most deserve the most thought.

On my mind lately: "AZURE"
