Alibis Sports and Spirits Alibis...don't go home without one! Alibis is a laid back bar in the heart of St Paul Square. The house where Alibis currently resides was built in 1876.

The little old lady that built it lived there happily until Sunset Station was moved to its curent location in 1903. The depot was constructed to bring troops to Ft Sam Houston for training. Along with the troops, so came the oldest profession known to man. As the brick hotels sprung up all around, it was clear that this was no place for a little old lady to live. The 26 year old peer and beam house was passed on to the owner's daughter. A blue light was constructed out front, and the old housecame to be known as The Blue Light Room. It was the only place in the area where a soldier could find some ice cold suds to quench his thirst, and perhaps some entertainment for the evening. So here we sit more than one hundred year later with the same mission: To serve you up your favorite cocktail or ice cold beer, along with a comfortably venue to "meet new people". We look forward to seeing you!
