A Virginia native who has happily called Texas home for the past eight years, Elizabeth is a hospitality professional, senior living executive, lifelong performer, and firm believer that meaningful work should also be fun. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management, with a focus in Business, from James Madison University and later obtained a Masterโs degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Mennonite University.
Elizabethโs journey into senior living began when she accepted a position as a Dining & Hospitality Manager. What started as a career opportunity quickly became a passion and ultimately grew into a more than 10-year career in senior living. Over the years, Elizabeth has progressed into executive leadership. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that people create communityโand when you invest in your people, the entire community benefits.
Outside of her professional career, Elizabeth is a lifelong performer. She spent 13 years performing and traveling throughout the country, including performances at Carnegie Hall and for former President Bill Clinton. She later studied vocals at Shenandoah Conservatory, competed in the Miss America Organization, hosted the televised Miss Virginia pageant, and performed in main-stage theater productions.
Today, she is represented by Bankston Talent Agency and continues to perform as a main cast member with House Party Improv. She is excited to bring this unique blend of business, hospitality, leadership, creativity, and theatrical flair to her role as Vice President of Operations and Finance!
