Next Senior Spotlight is Aime Turberville. Let's show her some love in the comments!

Future Plans:
University of Southern California to study International Relations

Scholarship Total:
$182,564

Favorite Show/role:
My favorite show in Taft Theatre had to be Crazy For You. That show was unlike anything I had ever done or experienced before and it was so much fun. The theatricality and the bonds created with one another was pure magic. I will never forget my last show on the Taft Theatre stage.

Favorite Memory:
I think my favorite memory has to be my first year in musical theatre. I auditioned the spring semester of my sophomore year, a decision I made impulsively because I love to dance and part of me always loved singing and when I got in, it brought back my confidence. My first year was amazing and it really reminded me why I loved to dance in the first place and helped me build some friendships I never knew were possible

Advice to the Underclassmen:
“Love yourself. In this industry or overall experience that is acting and singing and dancing, it is so easy to fail yourself by picking yourself apart. So love yourself entirely and wake up every morning knowing that you are right for the things that are for you, which will never be all things. You are special. You are loved. You are talented. So remember that through every good and bad audition. Every callback or no name on the list. Love yourself and keep it going.”
